Return Policy

OOPS!  Is something not quite right?  Let’s talk about it.  Kate Winka and Company is about bringing joy to your life!  We want to make your life easier, not harder.

 

If you have an issue with one of our products, please contact Kate Winka and Company at the information below to alert us to the issue and receive a Return Authorization so we know it’s on the way.  Return the product in the original condition and packaging, note your invoice number on the return box and pay to ship it in your preferred TRACKED method (including RA#) within 60 days of purchase date.  Please share the tracking number with the email below so we can be on the lookout and either provide a replacement or credit to you (typically within 3-5 days of receipt of the product.)

 

So, sometimes we just can’t accept the Return:

 

  •     If it has been an eternity (60 days beyond of purchase date)
  •     If the microwave or dishwasher have a certain affinity to your cup
  •     If your cup suffered injuries due to leaping off your counter, jumping out of your hand, car, etc.
  •     If it never makes it back to us because the mailbox ate it

 

What if you never received it in the first place, we sent the wrong thing, or it was damaged when you received it?  Please let us know and we’ll make it right!
